Earlier on Bethesda revealed that the size limit for the mods you can download on Xbox One is 2 GB. But thats not a problem, you can delete the files whenever you want so as to free up space. You can browse mods right now here.

Also it is important to note, that when Fallout 4 mods are installed, achievements cannot be earned due  to first-party considerations. Also developers also said in order to play Fallout 4 mods that make use of the game’s DLC, you will need to own that DLC.

The game creates a new save when mods are used, you loose progress if something goes wrong with the modes, you can then revert back to your regular, non-mod save game. As for the PlayStation 4, Bethesda also confirmed today that they are still on track to come to PlayStation 4 in June.

Fallout is a series of post-apocalyptic role-playing video games. It was created by Interplay Entertainment. Although the series is set during the 22nd and 23rd centuries, its atompunk retrofuturistic setting and artwork are influenced by the post-war culture of 1950s America, and its combination of hope for the promises of technology, and lurking fear of nuclear annihilation. The latest of the series Fallout 4 is developed by Bethesda Game Studios. The game was released on November 10, 2015. The game takes place in Boston, Massachusetts, in the year 2287, ten years after the events of Fallout 3 and 210 years after the Sino-American war, which was fought over natural resources.
