Following Logan Paul’s filming and uploading of a suicide video content on Youtube which went viral, Youtube has started punishing him, according to a Polygon report.

You would recall that Youtube was silent for a moment, it finally replied on its twitter handle on 9th January, which was almost a week after the video was upload. Youtube twitted an open letter to its community, in which it acknowledged it was “upset” by the video of Logan Paul. Youtube went ahead to state that it was Logan Paul’s “channel violated our community guidelines, we acted accordingly, and we are looking at further consequences”.

It would recall that the video was taken down by Youtube after it started outraging the internet community. A lot of Youtuber had earlier lauded the move by Youtube.

It seem that Youtube has finally concluded on the right punishment for Logan Paul afterall. Accodring to a Polygon report,  an announcement has been made by Youtube, in which it said that the video streaming outfit “will not move forward with a planned YouTube Red movie that Paul was supposed to star in at this time as the project is on hold. The Thinning: New World Order was supposed to be the sequel to Paul’s 2016 YouTube Red movie, The Thinning”.

The report also says that a YouTube representative had further confirmed to Polygon he (Logan Paul) has been removed from Google’s top tier preferred ad program – Google Preferred. The representative said “In light of recent events, we have decided to remove Logan Paul’s channels from Google Preferred,”. In addition to that, the Polygon report claimed that Youtube we will not feature Logan in season 4 of ‘Foursome’ and his new Originals are on hold.
